Cardio Question

Sorry if this question is redundant, I did a search and didn't find anything. I read a lot that for optimum fat loss you should run at a moderate pace. My question is, is this better than running at an interval? I realize that interval may build more cardiovascular strength, but it seems like people divorce the two, say, moderate for fat loss only, interval only for cardiovascular strength only. Or is both the best bet? Any advice?

Thanks.

Wherever your read that is wrong. Intervals are far better for fat burning than a moderate steady state cardio.

yeah HIIT is the best i would have to say, heres a site that details it very well,
