Okay, so here is a routine that i have gotten into the past few days...
jumping rope, 8 min buns - those KILL!!!, 10 min dancing, 8 min abs, 15 min kickboxing...
that sounds like alot of random stuff... but i have these dvd's with the 8 min sets, and they have bonus workouts... i do a bit of cardio, and then the 8 min stuff - which actually keeps my heart rate up fairly well b/c it's fast paced - and then more cardio, etc. Is that a good way to do it? or would it be better to do all of the cardio at once and then all of the more "weight" or focus exercises at once? I don't want to waste my time if i could do it more efficiently other wise... perhaps doing the jump roping for a warm up, the buns and abs, and then do an extended cardio workout?
