Cardio for the Skinny Guy?

ok well since i'm a skinny guy (but i'm getting bigger!) I was wondering if it's ok to do like maybe one day of cardio each week. I dont' want to do too much because i'm bulking right now. But Wolverine said in another post that he used to do weights and cardio and got ripped. So is it a good idea for me to do some cardio?
 
One day of cardio a week won't make much difference as long as you don't go overboard. Just increase your calories to make up for it.
 
I think if you do cardio appropriately you won't hinder your growth too much. Keep your diet solid and you should be ok.

Try to keep cardio on non-lifting days. Since your bulking, I would say maybe 2 or 3 30 minute sessions a week will be enough to keep your heart in shape.

What you have to remember is that fitness is more than just looking good on the outside. you need to keep your whole body in shape, weight lifting is only one part of the equation...cardio is the other.
