I have recently started a weight loss program which consists of 30-45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. I am 24 years old female, weigh 140lbs and about 5'5". I was wondering if I can increase the length of my workout to an hour? On top of that, I am also looking into reducing fat and increasing lean muscle. How can I accomplish that and what diet (in terms of pre-workout and post-workout food) should I eat? I am very new to bodybuilding and workingout, so i really appreciate your help.
