Cardio for a flat rear end?

I currently do a mix of treadmill fast walking/jogging for my cardio. I also have a pretty flat rear end. Would going at a pretty steep elevation help work my rear end to maybe give it some shape or am I doomed?
 
Some good mass building butt exercises are squats with heavier weights…you can do

Walking Lunge
Machine Leg Press
Dumbbell Stiff Legged Deadlift
Smith Machine Squat
Reverse Lunges
Plie Squat

Etc.
