Sport Cardio daily to burn BF?

Sport Fitness
Hey everyone,

I'm thinking of starting to do cardio every day instead of just on lifting off-days to burn off this last bit of lower ab fat.

I currently do HIIT on Tues/Thurs. Should I continue to do HIIT on those days, AND just do low-intensity cardio for 30 mins after my last meal on Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat?

(I don't want to run before or after I lift, as I know the consequences, so I figured an hour after my last meal would be best).

What do you guys think?

I agree with Malkore. If your eating habits are poor or not optimal, then usually we look at cardio to make up for the slack.
