From this day forward I solemnly vow to eat no more than 2300 calories day. I vow to exercise 5 times a week and no longer consume fast food or soda. Furthermore I vow to write in this journal thing everyday even if no one ever reads it. I hope that by following these commandments the all powerful weight loss God will see it fair to bestow upon me the gifts of looking good naked and not getting diabetes and stuff.

  • Weight - 322lbs
  • Body Fat - 44.7%
  • Muscle Percentage - 33.9%
  • Sex - Yes Please!...okay Male.

Hello Strangers on the internet! My name is Captain Hammer and I am just now realizing I misspelled captain in my user name. Well anyway here is my plan to lose weight.
  • Eat under 2300 calories per day
  • Exercise at least 30 minutes 5 times a week
Seems simple right? Yea I thought so to but I can't seem to stick with it. That's where this diary comes in. I figure writing in here everyday will keep me motivated or at the very least shame me into sticking with it. I'll be posting what I ate every day along with what exercise I did and hopefully in a few months I'll have a six pack and will be dating super models.
