i keep yo-yo-ing between 155 and 160. i'm so sick of it. and i know it's because i've given in and done some binge eating. i am done with this weight, i will be so happy to have it off! i am not going to skip my exercises. i am not going to exceed my calorie limit. i just need to stay motivated, and i can reach my goal of 135 in a couple months! i can't imagine how good that will feel. a few weeks ago i was at 170(i'm 5''2) and i felt awful. i did just have a baby 3 months ago, so i'm proud of the lifestyle changes i've made, and the 12 pounds i've lost!20 more to go! then i can fit into my old clothes again! and i can have fun when i go out, and have confidence in my appearance! anyone interested in how i lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks? i did ddr, almost everyday. i ate 1200 cals. and i did that by trying out healthy new recipes. i am learning to cook, my son is eating healthier, and i'm not bored with food, cuz there really is so much low cal meals that are great! that is truly what has made the difference for me.

Wow, great post. Thanks for sharing your success. I totally get what you're saying about binge eating...my challenge also. I'm at 155 and my goal is 135 also. It's fantastic that you are learning to cook. I always tell people learning to meal plan and cook is part of changing our lifestyles, because it really helps us to ENJOY the journey. I also am learning tasty recipes. I'd like to learn how to cook with lentils and beans more. I have this belief (probably a myth) that lentils and beans are borrrring and bland. My favorite fish recipe is with salsa and pineapple...it's easy and super yummy. Variety is really helpful in losing weight too.

Congrats on losing the 15! And 3 months after baby. Here's to success for the both of us!

me, too!

Hi!
I was 160 at my high weight not long ago. I have lost a total of ALMOST 10 lbs. I just can't seem to shake the last one before 140. I am also 5'2" with a very small frame...size 4 1/2 ring...size 6 glove...size 14 pants!!:)

Let's eat well today!
Cheryl
