cant lose the last bit of fat around abs

ive always been pretty thin, but never had abs, if i had to guess id say my body fat was definately under 20%, maybe around 15%..

ive started doing some stomach exercises to strengthen the abs, and ive started eating a little less (i eat roughly 1500 calories a day, when my daily amount is 2000)

and ive also been doing HIIT around 4 times a week..

but i see NO results, i mean ive lost a couple pounds but my abs arent showing through any more than they were..

my diet isnt perfect because im a really picky eater, but to save up for that i just avoid almost all fatty foods..

i dont see why its not working?
 
Add weight to your Abs workout.Hold a dumbbell of 15-20 lb. behind your head while you are doing crunches on the bench.In a month or less you will see results.Abs are as every other muscle in our body-need stress,that make them stronger and hungry for more weight,which in return will give you size and the six pack you dream of.I will love to hear how that works for you and I know it will.Write back when you have results!!!!GOOD LUCK.
 
Make sure you are eating protein with every meal. Try using a good quality protein powder. Matrix has some awesome tasting low carb, low calorie protein powders. I blend mine with skim milk and a frozen banana or berries.
It's not only about how many calories you are eating, but also about what you are eating. If u r training and trying to create muscle, but not feeding it - then u won't see results. Diet is up to 80% of your success. You can train as hard as you like, but if you aren't eating right u won't get there.
Also, your body fat probably needs to be under 15% in order to reveal your abs.
 
The stomach can be a problem area for many, this is due to genetics. building up your abs may help them become more visible, the main problem is probably body fat, for a six pack to be visible your body fat percentage needs to be about 10 percent or less.

Good low fat/carb - high protein diet, combined with plenty of exercise including weight training should lower your body fat %.
