Can't have dairy, any suggestions?

Ok so I cant' have dairy, which means I can't have milk which means I don't get hardly any of the calcium I should get. I'm on calcium pills right now but anyone know any recipies that don't include any dairy products? Much appreciated....
 
You can have Silk soy milk with your oats or in a fruit smoothie.

SMOOTHIES
1 cup soy milk
3/4 cup oatmeal
2 tsp peanut butter
2 tbsp chocolate whey powder
6 ice cubes, crushed
1 tbsp flax seed
1 tbsp slivered almonds
fruit of your choice

Hey

You can also try some meal replacements / supplements (like smoothies or shakes) that are lactose free. Some contain a good amount of calcium per serving.
