Can't get started!

Hi all! I'm new to the forum - just signed up today. I am 35 years old and just had a baby (5 months ago). She is my fourth and there is 10 years difference between her and the oldest. I've never had a problem loosing weight after childbirth - it always just fell right off thanks to breastfeeding. But with this last baby I can't loose the 20 pounds. I had a C-section with her and that is the only difference. People say I look great but I am still 5'4" and weigh 155lbs. I would love to get back down to 135 before my wedding in August. We started a contest at work to see how much weight we can loose by August 3, 2007. I just can't get motivated. I try to work out and lift but I have little time. My work outs aren't what they used to be because of a bad back and bum knees. Can somebody help me to get motivated to lose this weight?
 
Welcome to the forums!! I am so there with you one the no motivation! I am sure you feel like chasing around little kids all day should be exercise enough heaven knows I thought it was but you really need to get up and go! I HATE to exercise (hate,hate,hate) anyways I have noticed if I can just get the motivaton to start I feel so much better after am done. I also have noticed that if I exercise when I am a bit hungry I am no longer hungery. Try to involve the kids in your goals whether they are exercise or food related. Changing the way you eat is a great start so is drinking lots of water. I know with 4 kids at home it is hard to find time and easy to find excuses(I have 5 kids so I know from personal experience!) but by joining the WLF you have made a great start!
