Can't find book

Heard of a book or article something about the diet we lost in the forest, don't know the author.

Has anyone come across it?

It's now only available on Amazon as an e-book.
The correct title is -

"The Diet Book We Lost in the Forest" by Lynne McDonald.

This is the latest update I am told.
