canola harvest butter

we jsut bought some canola harvest butter. its not hydrogenated, says ont he container and even checked ingredients. has 2.5g poly/6g mono fat in it. 100 cals per serving. has like 1.5g sat fat in it. is this good to use? like if i make a baked potato, or want to make mashed sweet potatos. mmmmm.

also, when stove grilling chicken breasts, if i put some canola oil in the pan, how much of the canola oil would actually get onto the chicken breasts? not alot?

liquid canola oil, water, palm oil, palm kernel oil, salt, whey poweder ( hmm wow? ), soybean lecithin, vegtable monoglycerides, potassium sorbate (preservative), artificial flavor, citrtic acid, vitamin e, vitamin a palmitate, beta carotene, vitamin d3

is that order. i hope all those junk isnt bad, other wise ill just use it not that much.
