The before picture was after some weight loss and the after pic is after some weight gain, but these two pics show some progress between July and December.

I hadn't thought about it. Those may be the same pants, but I really don't know. Thanks for the kind words. I have lost a chunk more since that picture. My next picture will hopefully be soon and under 400.

In fairness I think the reason I was so much happier in the last picture is that it was Christmas. Then again, the first picture was on vacation.
