Alright I am going to say I am a candy bar finatic! Step 1 done! No seriously if you just have to have a candy bar is there one that is better than the other. I really like PAYDAY bars, are they OK to eat like 1-2 a week?
 
If it is your ONLY bad thing the once a week isn't going to hurt you to much. Again if the rest of you everyday diet is clean. However you should try weening it with protein/energy bars. Maybe start off with zone or luna bars as they have more sugar but still overall better for you then candy bars. Then downgrade again to non-sugar/high fiber protein bars and so forth.

If you must have a candy bar though then yeah payday is one of the better as it has alot of nuts in it. Also plain Dark choclate Hershey bars.
 
I agree about nutty bars. I sometimes replace one of my meals with a snickers if I'm on the road or whatever and needs must.

The protein bars I get from my gym (can't remember the name but, will check next time I'm there) taste way better than normal candy bars in my opinion, especially the strawberry and banana ones. Mind you, they also cost 5 times more!!
