You don't need to spend money on equipment or programs if you don't want to. Eat better and move more. Use the library to learn and borrow videos. There are free nutrition and activity tracking apps for your phone. Sometimes there are programs that are free or cheap that you can attend for fitness and nutrition information and classes. You can do it! yes, you CAN!
Loads of available resources online that enable you to do some homework. Also getting a positive nutrition balance into your everyday routine is essential. Good luck and keep us posted with progress.
Hm you don't really *need* a weight loss program! Just consume less calories than you use and you should start seeing results. If you really want a program there are cheap ones but most of 'em don't really work.

Thank you all but I am doing this! I have lost 6lbs in 10 days now. All I did was cut down and already I do not eat salt, bread, chocolate so it does make it easier.
