can you target specific parts of the body when trying to burn fat?

Hey,
I'm a 20 year old male, 6 foot, 150 pounds. I have about 10 percent body fat, but a disproportionate amount of that seems to be located around my stomach region. I want to lose this weight, but at the same time I'm hitting the gym pretty hard, and I don't want to lose weight in other areas of my body. Is there any way I can mantain gains in my strength at the same rate I am now, and lose fat around my stomach? Thanks...
 
No you can't spot reduce, however....

The stomach is usually the last to go and has a lot to do with you diet and clean it is. Have you done good at keeping muscle mass? If you desire list you diet in DETAIL for advice.
