Hope you are enjoying the festive season For 5 years since I had my daughter I struggled with my weight . I was in forever baby fat mode.paid all the expensive gym fees tried many diets even wound up in the hospital because of my obsession to get rid of the stranger looking at me in the mirror. I was in such a hurry to get back on stage because in my line of work image is everything. After the hospital experience,I stopped worry about my weight. When my birthday came around I decided to retake control of my health started gym again but I was only looking muscular . I am 5 '1 and I was kinda looking like a ninja turtle
2 months ago a friend introduce me to a product call skinny fiber I combined it with the exercise and for the first time I am seeing the weight melting away I lost 8lbs the first 2 weeks with little exercise. The 3 rd week I started going to the gym at least 3 x a week time permitting and I am happy with the results. My question is . I have abs issues, can you suggest a combination of exercises I can do the get rid of my belly fat ? I have issues mainly with my lower abdominals. I would also like suggestion on breast reduction and inner thigh exercises?
