Can you see a difference?

I wish people weren't so focused on their stomachs. For the majority of the population, it's the last place that we lose body fat. Instead, focus on the extremities (arms / legs). You will notice improvements there first.

If you are doing abdominal exercises (which are a waste of time anyway - focus on core), you are wasting your time until you burn off some fat first. All ab exercises will do will make you looking like you have a bigger stomach. The larger your abs get, the more they will just push the fat out further.
