Hello!
I recently moved to a place that has a small fitness center. In an attempt to save some money I've decided to cancel my big box gym membership. I enjoy the idea of walking downstairs and being at the gym. It's usually empty, a plus for me since I want to exercise, not have a social gathering.
I've used an app for my phone called jefit when I was at the big box gym. I had no problem finding routines since I had access to almost every piece of equipment one can imagine. I'm now struggling to find a routine that will work with my small gym. I can build my own routine in this app, but I'm still a novice. I fear I would skip a large muscle group or overlook a great exercise.
The gym has three strength training machines. one a bench/incline bench/shoulder press machine. The second is a lat pull down and seated row machine. The last is a leg extension/curl machine. I believe they are all made by life fitness.
In addition to the machines there is an adjustable bench and a rack of hand held free weights. That's the extent of the strength training equipment I have available.
The gym has 2 treadmills, one elliptical and 2 recumbent bikes. I've just started week 2 of the c25k program. I think that should cover my cardio.
Can anyone help create a routine for me with what I have available?
Since everyone like photos, here are some of my new space
