Hello there,
My name is AA or what I call myself on the internet (despite my nickname which weird!).
I am starting this thread to share my journey with you. Here is some information about me, just to let you have something to judge about me:
The Story of My Weight:
To be perfectly honest my weight loss journey was successful only once. In the past, I have been diagnosed with obesity (type 2) at age 11, and much later with BED. Every day is a constant struggle for me, although I am not obese anymore, as I've mentioned - I binge. It would happen unexpectedly, only when I would think that the day was over without myself consuming a 1000 kcal in one go.
My Body At the Moment:
as of 12/03/2017 I weigh 62.8 kg with a height of 169cm. My heighest weight was at 11, when I was 150cm tall weighing 68kg. Whereas my lowest weight was 56.7 kg, (at 169cm).
Measurements:
Waist - 60cm
Wrists - 14cm
Thighs - 60cm
Hips - 100cm (need some work here)
Calf - 37cm
Chest - 89cm
The Plan/Grand Goal:
In just over 5 weeks it is my birthday, and incidently my vacation as a treat for one-self. You see where I am going with this!
So,
As a side note:
I am only doing this for myself and sometimes I am famous for setting my targets too high, but hold your horses! If you think that something is impossible - it is really NOT!
Sometimes we have to aim high, to land even higher.

- Doing my own version of 'no carb' diet and an app for calorie restriction, I am going to diet
- I will post pictures of my body everyday, in conjunction with food that I ate over the day
- My plan is to lose 10kg in this space of time
