Can someone voice their opinions/advice on my weight loss plan

Hello everyone, I am looking for some advice on my weight loss plan. I'm 5 foot 7, 14 years old, Male and weighed 200 pounds at the beginning of this month (March 2nd). I eat about 1600-1800 calories a day. I haven't ate out all month which to many could be considered a small feat but to me, I'm happy with it when compared to my old nightmarish eating habits. Here is my average daily meals.
Breakfast I eat two eggs, 2 slices of bacon, and an ounce give or take of fiber rich berries such as blueberries. Lunch is probably where I am most iffy on what to eat. I usually pack some type of lean meat for school like chicken, or salmon.
Dinner is similar to lunch, with Chicken, Sausage, Salmon and usually a side of steamed cauliflower or broccoli. I drink 4-6 16 fluid oz. bottles of water daily and just water. A school's on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I go to my school's weight room and lift for an hour at about medium intensity. After my hour there I run to a hill which is a little more than half a mile away from the school and run up and down the hill 8 times up and down, then jog back to the school and go home and that's my day.
I'm sorry for this being so long and I hope you read through it all haha! Any and all advice is really appreciated. Thanks!

Hello there Edgard. I understand your issue well. My niece was a teen who had weight issues, and I am so sorry that at such a young age you feel that you need to have to worry about this issue. But, please talk to your parents! I urge your to talk to them and ask them to take you for exercise, and learn how to eat healthy. Because you are a minor, I cannot give you advice, but know that this is NOT something that is just your issue. I hope that you inform your parents how you feel, okay? You can be healthy and lose weight, but you are beautiful inside and out. Don't forget that.

Darling, you can cut off those processed food, esp. one that high in sodium like sausage or alike..
