I'm currently enrolled in a university where a meal plan is required with your housing so I can't eat a small meal every couple of hours. Ususally what I do is eat whatever they have there until I am moderately full (so I won't be hungry til dinner time) at around noon. And I eat dinner at around 8PM. Those are the only two meals I eat usually.
I've been going to the gym every other day or so last semester for about 12 weeks doing 30 minutes of non-stop cardio on the bike on Fat-Burn Mode and sometimes on the eliptical. When I'm not at the gym or when I have weeks off from school, I spend most of my day sitting in front of the computer.
This semester, I'm still going every other day but after the half hour of cardio, I do a little weight training. I don't think I'm working all my muscle groups though.
I haven't noticed a change in my weight at all. My fat which seems to be all storing in my stomach and thighs don't seem to be impoving much if at all. I was thinking that the bike would slim down my thighs and that the ab machine I'm using would flatten out my stomach.
The fat on my stomach seems to stick out only when I'm sitting down or standing up with a bad posture. After meals though, it sticks out more even when standing up with good posture.
Any advice on how to change my workout routine so I can see change in my stomach and thighs?
