Can someone give me a 5 day workout routein?

I want to get bigger (Add Muscle). Can you give me the best 5 day (Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu,Fri) workout routine, as in, what muscle to do on each day.


This would be me.I'm 5'9; I weight 57kg; I'm 20.

There is no 'best' routine and a lot is dependent on what you can do and your equipment. Do you have somewhere to squat? Do power cleans? Do you know how? All depends.

The most common ways to organize a routine are:

- full body - workout entire body every other day or so
- push/pull - pushing exercises one day, pulling the next. typically a 4-day routine
- upper/lower - upper body one day, lower the next. typically a 4-day routine
- body part split - depends. 5-7 days

All of these work, but you can break it up in any number of ways. Some work better than others for different people. I'd figure out what works best for you and what equipment you have to work before digging into the individual exercises.
 
Unfortunately for me, DEF has pretty much said it all, so I can't come along parading my knowledge.

It sounds like you're a beginner, so I'd start out with a full-body program, 3 non-consecutive days per week. This is pretty standard stuff, so if I sound like a broken record from other sources, I apologise. But full-body programs are good for 90% of trainees. A 5-day split may not be so useful for you at this stage (it might be later on, but for now it's probably not ideal).
