AHi all, I ( like a lot of other people) gave this new years diet a really good try but I've totally failed because I've been so ill this winter with rhinitis and sinitus, Gutted, only got 10lb to go before I hit my target weight and was hoping to get it shifted before summer! I did stop eating meat at Christmas and I've been advised to reduce/give up dairy, which as I'm really not keen on veg, leaves me very little to eat. I know I'm not eating a balanced diet at the moment and am sure its not helping my immune system this winter, I don't like the idea of manufactured vitamins but my body is clearly missing a few,
If I give up dairy as well as meat what do I need? I know very little about nutrition, Bet there's no quick and easy vitamin shake I can drink once a day that has everything my body needs in it.....lol!
