Can I see a difference if I go this route...

ok I do not have a goal weight or anything like that. I am a bigger guy I weigh about 245.

My diet used to consist of fast food and late night munchies. Like going to McDonald’s or something.

I now eat healthier. Breakfast may consist of egg salad with a few slices of turkey.
Lunch may be a chicken salad or some fish
Dinner may be like a steak and salad.
In between I snack on nuts or something.

I only drink water. I do cardio like 3 times a week. It may be Insanity or something I find on YouTube. I do strength training with my flat resistance band.

I don’t have a diet I’m following or anything like that. I just knew I wasn’t eating right or being active so I choose to make the change and figure it out as I go.

With me not having a diet plan or anything like that can I see results? Today makes it a week that I been living like this
