Ok I’m going to a military school for six months in 3 weeks. There I’ll do pt in the morning for an hour with a 3 mile run pt and situps everyday 7days a week plus gym treadmills and various machines for 6 months where food is watched strictly what I want to know since I’m 19, 5”11, 300 pounds and I know the heavier people lose more weight faster is it possible to lose 10 or 12 pounds a month and since it is done in a healthy way no fating foods very small amounts of sugar. Lots of carb, and protein. Is it possible to lose 10 or 12 pounds a month for my goal of at least 60 pounds by the end of 6 months?
