Can I achieve fat-loss and muscle gain within a period?

I've been trying to lose body fat and to gain muscle at the same time.
But my gym's analyzer shows a result that fat and muscle both have reduced.
My target is -5lbs of fat +5lbs muscle in 2 month.
Now my weight is 120lgs.
Please advise!
 
you cant really do them both at the same time...but if you did one, then the other, it would eventually produce the results you want.
 
its very, very, very difficult to achieve both at the same time. i agree with freddy. concentrate on one at a time for quicker results.
 
IMO, i'd try and get that bodyfat % down some.
