Can going on diets/working out make you use the bathroom more.

Well, I've been going on a many excersize routines and have been dieting. Lately i get filled up faster, so i eat less and less. And now for some reason i ****(excuse my language) more frequently. Like, right after i eat, i take a ****. And i do it a more frequently. Back before i did anything i used the bathroom like, ounce in 3 days. Now I'm doing it at least 5 times per day. Why is this? And, am i unhealthy? Maybe i should see a doctor about this?
 
I can't say for certain, but maybe you're just drinking more water since you're exercising? Also, I know that certain dietary changes can affect your water retention, so that could be the reason behind it as well. Don't worry, this should be nothing to be concerned about.
 
I have found that my magnesium intake aswell as fibre can be a contributing factor. I think sometimes when you are jump starting your body to a new routine sometimes it takes a while for your metabolism to settle down? If you get concerned just ask your gp? I reckon that our piss and shizz can tell us a lot about what is going on with our bodies.
