can anyone help

Hey im new to this place but im hopin sumone in here can help?? OK first off im bout 5'11 and i weigh 220-225 last time i checked. im a jr in high school so its hard for me to eat reall healthly at school so i usally eat only a little. in athletics we lift weights 3 times a weel and run the others two in a rotating order. Im not fat but im not what i want i have a ton of muscle but its covered up with a lil fat.I have been lifting one day running the next for about an hour 15 every day for the whole school year except during football but that plently and people have said i look like i have lost weight but i dont feel it all i have done is get stronger and more muscle but i want to be able to see it in my chest and stomach. i dont want one of these diets where im counting i just wanna lose the fat.my goal is by spring break which is about 2 months is think. Is there maybe sum pills or rtd s i can try please help!!!!!
Anything will be helpful. thanks a bunch. ohh did i mention that this is for baseball mostly but also im goin to hawaii spring break and i wanna look ripped.
 
Start bagging your lunch, School food sucks!!!! Don't eat it, ever. Bring some fruit, meal bars, a protien shake and some cooked chicken (broiled or baked) along with some veggies. Put it in a bag and stick it in you back pack. If your friends don't think it's cool, use it as fuel to feed you fire for weight loss. Just start thinking "Yea, I'll show you, you fools"

If your in high school, you won't need a fat burner yet. Your motabolism is racing right now. Watch what you eat and workout, serious workouts. Not PE workouts or waiting for football pratice. Workout on your own and push yourself. Start running a little more also. If you want to loose the fat your gonna have to spend some "me time". You will have to be selfish with your time and spend it on you, not your friends. Don't take this personally, I don't know you, I'm just trying to help with limited information. When I was your age I wanted to hang with my friends and do what they were doing. If you want to do this, skip the mall after school with your friends and get on the track or in the gym. It will pay off in the end.

If you are determined to get a fat burner, go to your local health store and pick some up. Just becareful of how much you take. At you age you won't need much. I suggest Isotone Intake Lean Shake it contains Omega 3,6 and 9 along with protiens and other essentials, that along with Ultra mega Greens you will be lean and trim. You can get them at GNC. Lift lighter weight with more reps. Your not trying to get bigger doing this, just loose fat. But you don't want to muscle and the shake will help you keep that muscle.
