So if I'm not mistaken, all you eat in a day is a heavy meal of rice or noodles, a few snacks and a pear?!? I am surprised you have not encountered any problems yet...
For one, an extremely restricted caloric intake such as this is very harmful to your health and will do a number on your metabolism. I undertsand that you want to lose weight, but unfortunately, there is no quick fix...you may succeed in losing weight temporarily by severely restricting your caloric intake, but the weight will come back as soon as you begin to eat normally again, not to mention the adverse effects to your health.
I am not a nutritionist, but the best advice I can give you is to just eat HEALTHILY...eat several times during the day, but smaller portions and good foods...and also, don't disregard breakfast!!! Avoid things like salt, processed foods, extremely fatty foods, enriched wheat products, etc. A healthy nutrition plan, as opposed to a diet, is something you can stick to long term, and if you continue to exercise as you do, you will shed off pounds all in good time...don't look for a quick fix! After all, time you spend on becoming healthier is never time wasted!!!
