Wednesday I worked out my calves, maybe didn't stretch. I did weighted calf raises and I definitely did a lot more weight than I should have. Anyway, that night everythings fine. I go play basketball, I walk around, everythings fine. Thursday morning I wake up with soreness in my calves, but still fully functional after a second or two to adjust to the pain. Then Thursday night comes, I get out of my car and I can't even walk without being on my tippy toes. WTF? I wake up Friday with soreness still in my calves, but now it feels like the tendon behind the knee is sore too. When sitting down I can have my feet flat on the floor no problem, when I try to stand, my body naturally goes on its tippy toes because I can't put my foot flat on the ground due to the pain. I woke up this morning and it was almost the exact same, maybe a little less sore. If I had pulled something or strained something, wouldn't I have felt it right away? And what can I do besides attempting to stretch it out to speed up the soreness process?
