calories

i no bout calories and everything but how much should i be having a day to maintain, i no u take off 200 or so for loosing weight and add some for gain, but wats the calories im meant to be havin at an age of 15 yrs old, 140pounds.. if thers a link to a calorie calculator would be like realli nice... im gonna try get serious bout the calories stuff now..

a more accurate way is to track your calories each day with fitday or something like that.

but if not, the harris-benedict formula is often used
 
thanx for the link abear.. but i got a BMR of 1702.1 using the metric system
and then that said i should be taking 2936.12 calories ... im doing 5-6 hard excercise a week so i timesd it by 1.725... :| wat did i do rong or am i meant to be eating alot??
