Calories Question

So I measured what I normally eat and it seems around 4000. cause of the immense junk food i eat.

I am 5'10 and 160 pounds.

I cut down all my junk food and is now eating around 2900 or 3000. I also exercise by cardio and weights. Does that mean I'll get lean or lose weight as time goes on now?

Your resting metabolic rate (RMR) is around 2100 calories. If you use around 1,000 calories a day in exercise, yes, you will lose weight, although slowly.

No matter what, you'll be a lot healthier for giving up the junk food.

It should work, were you gaining weight on your "old" plan? You are going to feel so much better in a couple of weeks you won't know what hit you.
Good luck

Jesus 4000 calories per day? And you're able to keep that weight?

Hats off to you man, although it's probably killing your heart. Good that you're decreasing that.
