Sport calories + protein

Sport Fitness
I just put together a diet, which includes the following:

11 am - 4 eggs
12 - tuna
1:30 - 2 potatos, brown rice, milk
3 - brown rice, chicken breast
5 - tuna
7 - what ever my mom makes for supper
9 - brown rice
10 - 2 eggs on toast
11 - chicken
12 - cottage cheese

In total thats 3080 calories, and over 250g of protein.

I think it looks like my protein intake is a lot higher than my calorie intake. I would like to find a meal I could add in that will boost it by about 400+ cals. Any tips?

perfect easy meal, is a handful of nuts, get a packet into u a day and thats an easy 400 calories,
high in good fats
high in protein,
not as much carbs,
so u can eat it at evenings.
also if u want to, u can just at a drink of skim milk every meal.
ud get 400 extra calories over the day

That's a hell of a lot of protein given your size.

I've been told that you should be taking in 2x your weight, in grams of protein. Any exess protein I take in, will just be peed out, so theres no harm with taking in more protein than needed.

Any fat gained can easily be lost. My body looses fat very easily.

I will be cutting down my protein intake soon, so that I can raise my calories, without making my protein intake go through the roof.

Oh okay. I generally do 1-1.5g per pound. But what the hey, better safe than sorry. Anyway, 17 oz. of a supplement like muscle milk is about 350 calories. You can go for one of those or any other meal replacement, shakes, etc.
