Calories Burned Per Day

If you set up a profile in - you can key in any combination of activity that you want to consider.
 
A good way to estimate is to use a figure of 14 calories per pound of bodyweight for a healthy adult who is moderately active (as in 30 mins of exercise about 3x a week).

So for you, that would be:
190 * 14 = 2660 calories to maintain your current weight.

To lose at a healthy rate, you should subtract about 30%. So for you that would be:
2660 * 70% = 1862 calories per day to lose weight safely.
