Well I wouldn't exactly call my job hard labor, but i work in a warehouse where I am constantly moving for 8+ hours a day, 5 days a week, moving and stacking boxes. Since I have been eating healthier(for the most part), I noticed I have lost body fat, and minimal muscle. I can honestly say I have not lifted weights in a long time, I just mostly have done pushups/pullups(I am just too tired after work!)
