To lose weight, you need a calorie deficit. Figure out how much calories that you're intaking and expending, and then, by combining exercise and better eating, create a deficit of at least 3500 calories over the course of a week or so. 3500 calories is what it takes to lose 1lb.

ok but do you know a good site where I can log in my food and where I can log in the exercice I do so I can know exactly how much calories I eat and how much calorie I loose to exercice?

Here's one that I used to track my nutrition for a week. Keep in mind, food logs aren't 100% accurate, as there may be variations in foods, hidden calories, and extra energy expenditure from non-exercise activities.
