I have a question about calorie restrictions. My current plan I restrict myself about 1100 cals from what i burn everyday. I am using FitDay and it makes it easy to know where I am at for the day.
My question is this, if I for some reason consume way less calories (or too many) can I benifit the next day because of the extra loss the day before and consume more but still stay at 1100 relatively?
ex.
yesterday my restriction was 1500
today my restriction is normal at 1100, can i consume 400 more calories and not gain?
or are the calories that i consumed the day before already converted to fat?
sorry if its confusing I can't really figure out how to explain what I mean.
