calorie question?

Im 150ibs most of the time but when im good with sticking to my diet and consistant with my workouts im 145. I would like to know how many calories do i intake daily for myself. i would love to say im body building but i guess im not that far yet, im in the weight room ATLEAST 4-6 times a week. strength training, weight training how ever you like to call it.

ive changed my diet as of monday just csaue i do awhole lot of abb work and im not seeing majour results. i still seee a inch of flab when i sit down , when im standing its alright but its the sitting part i hate. Anyway two eggs in the morning, fruit an a glass of 1%milk, afternoon my protien shake two scoops. together thats 50g protien 220 cal an maybe a friuit or a salad an then suppper always a salad with some more protien food group, what ever it maybe spegg. chick, tuna, exc... an this all began monday.

SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I COULD BE DOING WRONG IF I SHOULD BE EATING MORE FRUITS AN VEGGIES. I HATE THE 5 MEAL DEAL NOT MY THING , THREE BIG MEALS WOULD BE MY KINDA THING SO WILL BE HEARING FROM YOU. THANK YOU AGIAN SO MUCH YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!! XOXO
 
Eat 3 times a day if you want, the 6 meals a day hypothesis has recieved some major critisism. It doesn't make much of a difference, some actually say that 3 times a day is better. But you need to make them 3 very large meals.

Are you male or female? Do you want to go down and cut fat, or go up and build muscle?

And everyone has a bit of flab when they sit down ;)
 
I am defenitly female, an yes your right eveyrone has flab when they sit, but that is my problem area. i have the very round belly button an that maybe from having my two childern, i dont know. So all in all i guess i did do the right thing changing my diet.... thank you guys, mucho gracias xo
 
SEEEEEE! i knew it. no girl should have flab when they sit especially when there doing some sorta abb routine. i need to cut down on my carbs an stick with my new diet.

The first part of your post (abz routine) has very very little to do with the flab....it's 95% about diet. Belly fat is a bitch to lose, for guys especially but ladies too.
