Is not getting enough calories in your diet actualy bad for you?
Im not saying starve my self but not getting the full amount of calories someone takes in a day. I just cut back on almost all sweets, meat, and I only drink water. Im trying to lower my Body Fat Coposition.(I just started this work out 2 days ago as a new year resolution)
