Calorie LImits

Is it bad going over ur limit by just 119. Because today my total so far is around 891 i think and im gonna be eating a sub from subway which is prlly gonna be 660 calories all together for a 12 inch. that adds up to being like 119 calories over. BUt the sandwich im gettin all the calories are prlly coming from the chicken and each breast of chicken has like 24g of protein so i'll be gettin alot. What do you think Should i not get the sub or just make something here at my house

if your worried about gaining weight....i dont think so....but if your trying hard to stick to a weight loss diet, then id think 100 calories is considered alot.

okay then i guess im not gettin a sub tonight
i guess ill have to find something thats gonna fill me up here at my house thats under my limit

If you can make soemthing at your house thats healthy then go for it, if not then only eat 3/4 to 4/5 of the sandwich today and leave the rest for tomorrow or another day.

how bout this i eat 1/2 of it then that = 330 calories on the dot so i would have over 200 left and i can have something along with the 1/2 sub to fill me up any suggestions?

Remember : 3500 calories per lbs of fat. So:

Fat balance at the end of the day = (calories consumed in a day - calories burned in a day) / 3500

It's unlikely (or at least, extremely unhealthy) to burn 3500 calories more than you consume in a day - so obviously, the net loss of calories adds up to a lbs of fat over several days (3 - 7 days, depending on your diet and workout routine).

When you add slight increments of calories to each of these days, you extend the time it takes to burn a lbs of fat to 5 - 9 days, for example. So over time, this amounts to a significant slowing of your weight loss. It's always better to shoot for under than trying to straddle the line.

oh noo no no no I do alot of excercise well not as much as everyone else prlly but i do alot of running tonight i ran 3 miles=40 minutes of running because it was on my gazelle and last night i did almost 4 miles=50 minutes.
