Is it bad going over ur limit by just 119. Because today my total so far is around 891 i think and im gonna be eating a sub from subway which is prlly gonna be 660 calories all together for a 12 inch. that adds up to being like 119 calories over. BUt the sandwich im gettin all the calories are prlly coming from the chicken and each breast of chicken has like 24g of protein so i'll be gettin alot. What do you think Should i not get the sub or just make something here at my house
