Hey!
I have just done the "Harris Benedict Equation" and found out that I need 2489.61 calories every day! (My BMR is 1606.2)
So does this mean that if I lower that by 500 (1989.61), in one week I will be "Losing" 3500 Calories, Which is one pound....Right? Is that healthy?! (Im ALMOST 15, 2 more weeks).
But what happens with my excercise, and burning off calories with that? Does that mean that I will be "Losing" MORE Than the food only loss of 3500 Calories? And that would mean I'd be losing more than 1 pound a week....Right?
I'm a bit rusty with this area, I hope someone can explain it for me! Thanks!
P.S. I'm not trying to lose alot of weight....Im just a bit interested in how it all works, (Although I will be losing a bit of weight!)
