I don't understand the whole calorie intake thingy. What I mean is that how many calories to lose a day to lose a couple of pounds a week. I read somewhere if you take 500 less calories in your body a day and exercise 500 calories off a day you could lose a pound a week. I can't find much info on this & I need everybody's expertise. Please help me
