Hello, I am 5'5, I weigh 130lbs and go to the gym 4 times a week. I want to lose about 7lbs. Is 1400 calories enough calories for me or is it too much/too little?

spend some time reading the stickied threads - especially in on topic, nutrition and exercise - then rephrase your question based pn what you've read.

"going to the gym" is an absolute meaningless description....

Put together an exercise plan make sure your nutrition plan is sound...
 
i think 1400 is NOT enough for someone going to the gym, even if you do only little exercise there. When I eat 1800 calories a day, I am still losing weight, and I don't feel weak ever.

You do realize that caloric requirements are based on individual factors, right?
