calorie intake? HELP??

:( Hi i way 182 lbs (13 stone). I am 19 years old. My height is 6.0 foot.

From this data can anyone tell me what my intake and outgoing calories should be in a day. In order to loose waight????
 
determine how many calories you are eating now. those online calculators are decent and will give you a rough idea but they're not perfect.

when you determine this number, either decrease roughly 300 calories from your meal plan or up your energy output meaning get more active.

a solid consistent meal plan from quality foods, training and proper recovery is what its all about. :)
