I had a MacyD's today. Well... 2 large meals and an extra cheese burger!

It fits into your macro requirements so no, it's not bad, however meal timing is very important so try to not make it a habit to miss a meal.
 
The occasional missed meal is not a big problem. You should shoot for at least 90% adherance, so out of 42 feedings in the week, that's four meals you can relax the rules on.
