Calorie Counting

Just a quick one.

I got my daily intake of calorie limit which is 1459.

What if I do not make it to that everyday will it work?
 
you mean you are eating less? Less is ok, as long as it's not a lot less because then that's unhealthy and your body will react by trying to store more of the food as fat. Going a little bit over is also ok, but you may want to think about adding in extra exercise for to burn off the extra (it's not really needed, but it's a good excuse to exercise more)
 
My RMR is 2000 and I usually run around 1800 ... I work out too...do you think thats too little? IM trying to up my midday cal a bit while still being healthy and high fiber. Im trying to do weights everyday and some cardio everyday... so that i have around 45 min to an hr everyday. It looks like im burning about 300 or more cal depending on what i do... am I taking in too much?
