Calf exercises/advice?

Hello Im 16 years old and I play basketball. Anyways I think my vertical jump is 25 feet. And my friends say i Jump high, but in a way I think I can increase my hops even more. While playing basketball I can dunk 9 ft. When i Go to the a gym i can touch and even hang from a 10ft court. Well I want to have atleast a 40 inch vertical jump,I am strongly determined to reach this goal......So here is my workout schedule and refeference chart. I would really appreciate the help.Advice,opinions,anything...thanks and goodbye

Monday-friday
60 Calf raises
30 left leg calf raises
30 right leg calf raises
30 squats
15 lunges
100 mini hops

P.S-Besides the calf raises I workout mondays,wedsnesdays and fridays,Abdominals,biceps,triceps and ETC. I hope this information helps.

weight=160 lbs

Other=Im in pretty good shape

Keep doing it and be patient. You'll be dunking before long. You can also put a barbell on your shoulders and do calf raises. Or you can do them with your toes on the front of a stair, takes a bit more balance but you'll feel the burn in your calves better.
 
I used to take shotokan karate a while back, and my sensei made use jog alot...but on the tip of the toes. That will get your calves goin'.

If you want to develop lightness, rope skipping kicks butt.
 
stretching...

Good luck with that...on that note, I have a reaccuring injury on my left calf muscle...its soooo sore! I try and stretch it out but might need massage...its triggered anytime I walk up hill. stretch stretch stretch...
