I'm on week 3 of the Couch to 5k program! I signed up for a local 5k race in September! Is anyone else doing this?
I've never been a runner, but this has been great for me - not too hard at all (yet).
Has anyone else done this? What can I expect in the later weeks?

I never did any formal program but I did go from not doing a damn thing to running a lot. I have gotten out of it for a while and am just now getting back to good with it.
All I can say is to take it all at a good pace. Stretch- for the love of all that is holy- after every run.
Be prepared for a setback- but learn to love it when you blow into that second wind. You will know when you hit that part of your run when your body goes into autopilot and your mind just wanders...
It is great :)

I'm on week 5 of the program - using Robert Ullrey's podcasts. I really like it. I've repeated a couple of the weeks or stretched them a few extra days, but I'm not in any huge hurry. I like the workout I get from them and it's a nice changeup from weight lifting and HIIT.

Also using Ullrey's podcasts - he's great!
I'm thinking about stretching my Week 3 as well, because I'm a little winded after I complete the workout.

I was supposed to start week 4 today, but I'm feeling sick. I am worried that I will fall behind in my training and not complete the training in time for the 5k.
